Query about a charge ?

I recently noticed a charge from 48 which I don't know what for! I have credit! I also paid for an add on which I did authorise. How can I find out what this charge was for?

What sort of charge?
Remember that some services are not covered by membership/add-on allowances and are charged to your cash credit balance in case that's relevant here

The only other way that you can be charged automatically is if you have membership auto renewal enabled

Hi thank you for replying, I have no idea what the charge is for? It's only for 1c but it's annoying me because I want to know what is it for and how can I find out?

You haven't clarified where the charge is.
Is it against your cash credit balance or charged to your registered card?
You may need to contact 48 support.

It may be 1c to verify the card and I think they pay it back?
