Is it OK outside the house?

Is there anything signigicant about the house that might be blocking the signal - e.g. very thick walls, "landlocked" rooms etc.?

How's the signal for others on 48 or other networks inside the house?

There are indoor signal boosters but I don't know (a) if they are legal here or (b) if they work at all in general.
