    <description>&lt;P&gt;When did you request the port?&lt;/P&gt;
&lt;P&gt;Be aware that number porting hours are 8am-6pm weekdays and 10am-4pm weekends.&lt;/P&gt;
&lt;P&gt;If it takes more than a couple of number porting business hours then you need to contact 48 support.&lt;/P&gt;
&lt;P&gt;See option 3 here&lt;/P&gt;

      <description>Hi, switched from Vodafone to 48 &amp;amp; my phone number hasn't transferred over to new SIM card, is there any email or phone number I can contact for help??</description>
