I increased my credit balance by €10 to renew my Guido membership but my membership has not been renewed. What do I do to have the credit balance used for payment

To use your cash credit balance to buy Guido membership use one of the following:

Go onto the Android/iPhone app and buy membership there and pay for it from your cash credit balance
Go onto your My 48 account page on the website and buy membership there and pay for it from your cash credit balance: https://www.48months.ie/my-48
Text "Guido" (without the surrounding quotation marks) to 1745
