What do you mean by "this 3 network"?

48 is a separate provider from 3 even if it uses 3's network.

If you're trying to get a 3 SIM working on the 3 network rather than a 48 SIM on the 48 network then you need to contact 3 rather than 48.

When was everything working ok last?

What changed in the meantime?

What exactly is/isn't working?

Connection to the 48 network - i.e. signal bars?

Incoming/outgoing calls?

Incoming/outgoing texts?

Mobile data?

What happens when you try to use any outgoing services?

Any error messages?

Do you have an active membership plan in order to be able to use outgoing services?
