topic SMS message in Joining 48?

Hi. Recently joined the 48 network but SMS messages fail to send. iPhone 15.
Searched the help and it states to delete and rest which seems a bit overkill. Surely this is just a setting, anybody know the settings for ‘mobile data’

What exactly do you mean by "delete and rest"?

Where does it say that?

Do you have an active membership plan in order to be able to use outgoing services?

Are incoming and outgoing calls working for you?

Can you receive texts?

Is mobile data working for you?

The 48 mobile data APN settings are explained here:

But they have nothing to do with SMS messages.

What happens when you try to send an SMS?

Any error messages?

In some cases iPhone messages don't send because iMessage needs to go through the stupid Apple activation process.

This involves the iPhone silently sending a text message to a UK activation server and this will fail silently if it can't be sent.

This will fail if you don't have an active membership plan and cash credit on your account to pay for the international text message.

So if all else fails maybe try putting €1 cash credit on your account, make sure that you have an active membership plan, switch the iPhone off and on again, wait a little while and see if things work thereafter.

Thanks a lot. I meant reset not rest !
The message is simply Not Delivered.
Have an active plan etc so I’ll try the item you mention about the text to a UK activation server. Cheers.

You didn't clarify if you can receive texts, make/receive calls and use mobile data.

And where does it say "delete and reset"?
