Hi there, I activated my SIM yesterday but my phone number hasn’t moved over. Can you please advise?

Did you receive the porting security code by text to your old provider's SIM installed and working in your phone?

Did you get any text or email update about the porting process?

If you want assistance from the Community Forum then you'll need to explain/describe your issue in more detail and more clearly.

What exactly do you mean by "where's my number"?

You can find your phone number via your online My48 account if that's what you mean?

What exactly do you mean by "my old phone number isn't working"?

If you want to port your number from your old provider to 48 then you'll need to follow the instructions here:

If that doesn't help then you'll need to provide more clarification on your issue.
