What is showing that it has no activation?

What is the verbatim message and where are you seeing it?

What exactly are you trying to do?

What does your Transactions page say about your recent payments?

Does your My48 account dashboard show an active membership plan?

When was everything working ok for you last?

What exactly isn't working as expected?

Connection to the 48 network - i.e. signal bars?

Incoming/outgoing calls?

Incoming/outgoing texts?

Mobile data?
