SIM Activation Failed

Hello,

I ordered an eSIM from 48 and tried to activate it by entering the 6-digit activation code, but the activation failed.

My 6-digit activation code is: E29ME7

I would also like to keep my current phone number.

Could you please activate my eSIM for me while keeping my existing phone number, or let me know how to resolve this issue?

Just to clarify, I am using a physical SIM card, not an eSIM.

This doesn't make sense.

48 don't do eSIMs.

I entered my SIM activation code again, but my SIM still shows “SIM Suspended.” Could you please check my account and activate my SIM for me? Thank you.
