    <description>I ported my number to 48 new simcard. But its not the same number i ported. I think something went wrong because it is showing new number. Its not ported succesfully. Can you please help?</description>

&lt;P&gt;Did you get any error messages or anything by text or email about the porting process?&amp;nbsp;&lt;/P&gt;

&lt;P&gt;Maybe try the porting process again?&lt;/P&gt;
&lt;P&gt;You'll need your old provider's SIM installed and working in your phone in order to receive the porting security code by text.&amp;nbsp;&lt;/P&gt;
&lt;P&gt;Make sure to enter the correct details about your old provider's account.&lt;/P&gt;
