If you want assistance from the Community Forum then you really need to provide a bit more information than that.

What exactly is the issue that you're having?

What happens when you try to use mobile data or make a call?

Any error messages?

Are your APN settings configured correctly for mobile data to work properly?

Can you receive calls, send/receive texts?

When was everything working ok last?

What exactly do you mean by "top up"?

Membership plan, add-on, cash credit?

What does your Transactions page say about your recent payment?

Does your My48 account dashboard list an active membership plan?
