&lt;LI&gt;&lt;EM&gt;Prepay/Bill Pay: within 2–4 hours&lt;/EM&gt;&lt;/LI&gt;
&lt;LI&gt;&lt;EM&gt;Business/Family Plans: up to 24 hours (Mon – Thursday only)&lt;/EM&gt;&lt;/LI&gt;
