Your post is a bit confusing.

What exactly do you mean by old and new number?

A new 48 SIM comes with a new 089 number which is what will be used unless you port a number over to 48 from your old provider.

https://community.48.ie/t5/The-Knowledge-Base/Getting-Started-Moving-Your-Number/ta-p/53100

What number is listed on your My48 account?

https://48.ie/my48/settings/my-details

That should be the number that is used for outgoing and incoming calls.

If it's not the number that you want then you'll need to port your number over to 48 from your old provider.

If you need to contact 48 support about this then see the links in my signature below.

I ported my sim into 48 and on the personal details in the app my phone number has been changed to a new one. But I am getting calls in my old number. How do I change my number in the personal details?
