    <description>&lt;P&gt;The issue doesn't seem to be SIM activation if your number has ported OK.&lt;/P&gt;
&lt;P&gt;Is it correctly listed on your account?&lt;/P&gt;

&lt;P&gt;Is your phone unlocked for use on any network?&lt;/P&gt;

&lt;LI&gt;&lt;A href="https://48.ie/unlock-your-phone" target="_blank"&gt;https://48.ie/unlock-your-phone&lt;/A&gt;&lt;/LI&gt;
&lt;/UL&gt;
&lt;P&gt;Are you getting a connection to the 48 network - i.e. signal bars?&lt;/P&gt;
&lt;P&gt;If not then what happens if you do a manual search for networks - can you see and connect to 48?&lt;/P&gt;
&lt;P&gt;If not then what happens - any error messages?&lt;/P&gt;
&lt;P&gt;If you do have a connection to the 48 network then can you receive calls and texts?&lt;/P&gt;
&lt;P&gt;If you have bought a membership plan already can you make calls and send texts?&lt;/P&gt;
&lt;P&gt;If something doesn't work then what happens when you try it - any error messages?&lt;/P&gt;
&lt;P&gt;If all that works but just mobile data does not then try manually configuring your APN settings:&lt;/P&gt;

      <title>Trying to activate SIM</title>

      <description>&lt;P&gt;Ive been trying to active my SIM all day. I waited for you to transfer my number across, which you did. I put the SIM in my phone and received the configuration message. I did everything that was asked, I was told I have 1GB of data for free to start, and its not working. What am I doing wrong.&lt;/P&gt;</description>
