&lt;P&gt;&amp;nbsp;Do you mean a two factor authentication code by text message from your bank in order to authorise the payment?&lt;/P&gt;
&lt;P&gt;Or do you mean something else?&lt;/P&gt;
&lt;P&gt;Can you receive regular texts and calls on the number listed on your account?&amp;nbsp;&lt;/P&gt;

      <title>Not receiving code when trying to buy membership plan</title>

      <description>&lt;P&gt;Hi,&amp;nbsp;&lt;BR /&gt;&lt;BR /&gt;I ported my number from Vodafone, and I would like to make a payment to activate my monthly plan. To complete a payment, I am supposed to receive a code, which isnt being delivered. What could be the problem? Is my number active?&amp;nbsp;&amp;nbsp;&lt;/P&gt;</description>
