    <description>&lt;P&gt;There must be some mistake with the account details that you're providing otherwise the porting request wouldn't be rejected.&lt;/P&gt;
&lt;P&gt;You'll have to double check with them about this.&lt;/P&gt;

      <title>Porting request rejected but a/c details should be correct</title>

      <description>&lt;P&gt;I am trying to change to 48mobile , I keep getting a reply saying the request has been rejected as it is an incorrect account number , can you help , I've contacted my current supplier and they say I am free to change supplier and my account no is correct.&lt;/P&gt;</description>
