&lt;P&gt;Is your phone unlocked for use on any network?&amp;nbsp;&lt;/P&gt;

&lt;/UL&gt;
&lt;P&gt;Do you have a connection to the 48 network - i.e. signal bars?&amp;nbsp;&lt;/P&gt;
&lt;P&gt;If not then if you do a manual search for networks can you see and connect to 48?&lt;/P&gt;
&lt;P&gt;If not then what happens? Any error messages?&lt;/P&gt;
&lt;P&gt;If you do get a connection to the 48 network then can you use any services?&amp;nbsp;&lt;/P&gt;
&lt;P&gt;Incoming/outgoing calls, incoming/outgoing texts?&amp;nbsp;&lt;/P&gt;
&lt;P&gt;For mobile data to work you'll need to configure your APN settings.&lt;/P&gt;

      <description>&lt;P&gt;Hi,&lt;/P&gt;&lt;P&gt;I switched my number to the 48 Network yesterday and received an email to say that my number was on the move and would take a few hours.&amp;nbsp; 24 hours later I got an email to activate my SIM, but when I clicked it, it asked me to pay for credit.&amp;nbsp; I paid for 2 months credit and received 3 emails telling me about my contract, agreement form and welcome to 48.&lt;/P&gt;&lt;P&gt;2 hours later, I can still only make emergency calls and I do not have 4G or 5G capability.&lt;/P&gt;&lt;P&gt;I seem to be missing a step.&amp;nbsp; Can you help me get my phone working?&lt;/P&gt;</description>

      <description>&lt;P&gt;Well, you definitely need to activate your SIM before anything is going to work.&amp;nbsp;&lt;/P&gt;

&lt;P&gt;It's the first step after ordering/receiving a SIM necessary in order to get started on 48.&lt;/P&gt;
&lt;P&gt;Well, after ensuring that your phone is unlocked for use on any network.&lt;/P&gt;
&lt;P&gt;Once you have done today maybe you can post back to explain what happens?&lt;/P&gt;
