Can't update registered payment card details

It appears to be impossible for me to update my debit card.

I now have to change to another provider because 48 is unable to assist me.

Have I been a customer for too long and is my plan too cheap and do they need to get rid of me?

Absolute rubbish service. Support turned out devoid of knowledge and care. After trying again and again on the site and app, reinstalling the app, laptop and phone… the next suggestion was to please install firefox on my iPhone. When I gave support the error code from the app it was met with the question: What do you mean? Absolutely unbelievable how this is a non service company.

What error messages/codes were you getting?

What sort of card were you trying to register?

I have same problem. It was suggested I use different card number. I only have one card number. It's just expiry date that has changed
