I requested last night to move my number to 48. I think I ve made a fatal mistake, because my number moved , but now is invalid.
I wanted to have the vice versa. To have this 48 phone number changed with the one I moved , and now my original number doesn't work.

So this is final?! Do I still have anything that I can do?
This is exactly not what I wanted. I wanted to keep that phone number active but move it in a 48 monthly contract.
What can I do?

Your post is a bit confusing.

What exactly do you mean by "my number moved, but now is invalid"?

What are the symptoms of the problem?

And what to you mean by "I wanted to have the vice versa"?

What exactly do you mean by "now my original number doesn't work"?

Please explain more clearly what the actual problem is.

What number is displayed on your My48 account?

Your old number that your wanted to port over (?) or a new 089 number that came with the SIM by default?

https://48.ie/my48/settings/my-details

If it's an 089 number then just try to port your number again?
