&lt;P&gt;Exactly what steps did you take, what happened/went wrong, any error messages etc.&amp;nbsp;&lt;/P&gt;
&lt;P&gt;Be aware that each 48 SIM needs a separate email address and account/login just in case you're trying to activate both under a single login?&lt;/P&gt;
&lt;P&gt;48 don't facilitate the management of multiple SIMs under a single group or family account/login unlike some other mobile companies.&lt;/P&gt;
