    <description>&lt;P&gt;What do you mean by "&lt;SPAN&gt;new phone + provider not set up yet"?&lt;/SPAN&gt;&lt;/P&gt;
&lt;P&gt;&lt;SPAN&gt;Did you activate your SIM?&lt;/SPAN&gt;&lt;/P&gt;
&lt;P&gt;&lt;SPAN&gt;Did your number port over yet?&amp;nbsp;&lt;/SPAN&gt;&lt;/P&gt;
&lt;P&gt;&lt;SPAN&gt;If your SIM is activated and your number ported then you should be able to receive texts even without an active membership.&amp;nbsp;&lt;/SPAN&gt;&lt;/P&gt;
&lt;P&gt;&lt;SPAN&gt;Then you should be able to buy your first membership plan so that you can send texts, make calls and use mobile data.&lt;/SPAN&gt;&lt;/P&gt;

      <description>&lt;P&gt;How do I pay?&lt;/P&gt;&lt;P&gt;I`m in the process of transferring from Tesco to 48, transferring my number. tesco has been disabled at this point (so cannot receive text anymore there), new phone + provider not set up yet (so can`t receive text there either). How do I pay for 48, when I cannot receive a text with a code to authorise my electronic payment. I was wondering, when the payment would be required, but this seems mad to have it right when I cannot authorise an e-payment for lack of access to text to receive the code !?!? HELP&lt;/P&gt;&lt;P&gt;&amp;nbsp;&lt;/P&gt;</description>
