That's strange!

What number is displayed on your My48 account?

https://48.ie/my48/settings/my-details

What number appears at the other end when you make a call?

What happens if you call what you think should be your number from your own phone?

You'll probably have to persist with 48 support in order to get this resolved.

Hi,

I don’t know if anyone ever experienced the same issue, I have had the same phone number the past 3-4 years, ever since I joined 48. I never had any issues. However recently I have been told from friends and family that when they try call me someone else is answering. That is not me. We tested this with my friend when my friend rang my number, and there it was a different persons voice, and all it took was for me to not answer a phone call. I contacted 48 and they sent me an updated version of my SIM card and told me this was only happening because I have an outdated version.
Unfortunately it’s still happening. I don’t know what to do!

If you have any advice please let me know!
