    <description>&lt;P&gt;Do you have an active membership plan?&lt;/P&gt;
&lt;P&gt;You need that for any services to work.&lt;/P&gt;
&lt;P&gt;Are calls and texts working OK?&lt;/P&gt;
&lt;P&gt;If they are but mobile data is not then you probably need to configure your APN settings.&lt;/P&gt;
&lt;P&gt;Text "APN" to 50048 and follow the instructions here:&lt;/P&gt;
