No chat option - how to contact 48 support?

Where can I get in contact with customer care? No bubble appears for me to access care team on chat? Beyond frustrated at this stage,already regret signing up,can someone please help with me to get in contact with 48 somehow..have emailed but nothing back?

The chat option is completely hit and miss in my experience.

In fact I haven't been able to see it using any device, browser or internet connection for a long time.

I've reported it to 48 support several times to no avail.

So I just use email if I need to contact 48 support.

The last link includes a phone number that's supposed to be for complaints but others have used it to contact general support.
