&lt;P&gt;If it's not your usual number but a new 089 number then you probably want to port your usual number over:&lt;/P&gt;

&lt;P&gt;What error message do you get when you try to buy a plan?&lt;/P&gt;
&lt;P&gt;If it's something like "bundle in progress" then that's a common problem for some new users for some reason (never explained or fixed by 48!) so you'll have to contact 48 support for further assistance.&lt;/P&gt;
