SIM orders can take up to 7 business days to arrive.

How and when will my SIM be delivered?

Once you’ve ordered your SIM, you’ll receive a confirmation email. After your SIM has been dispatched, you’ll receive another email to let you know it's on the way. We use AnPost for all SIM deliveries, so your SIM should be delivered within 5-7 business days.

If necessary try ordering another one.

You'll probably need to wait a bit longer.

SIM orders can take up to 7 working days to arrive.

If it doesn't arrive next week then maybe try again or contact 48 support for assistance.
