    <description>&lt;P&gt;Hi there,&lt;/P&gt;
&lt;P&gt;I have just joined the 48 network, however, I have not been able to make a call or send a text. The message minder says I have not paid for my plan but when I login to the 48 website both on my phone and on my laptop, it says no further bundles can be purchased because another one is in progress.&lt;/P&gt;
&lt;P&gt;&amp;nbsp;&lt;/P&gt;
&lt;P&gt;What do I do to set up my plan now?&lt;/P&gt;

      <description>&lt;P&gt;This is a common issue for new users for some reason that has never been explained by 48:&lt;/P&gt;

&lt;P&gt;You'll have to contact 48 support to get them to fix it.&lt;/P&gt;
