Confusion re how membership payments & data allowances work

Just to let everyone know if they're thinking of joining 48. I paid 26 euro for the first month alone as I had to pay 13 extra on my 13 membership. I didn't retain any credit my credit has been 0 since I paid the 26. My plan was coming up so I decided to check when that was and I just seen recently the data isn't unlimited as the green circle is almost full as I have used 216 gb as I hotspot and my data is almost used. So it's isn't umlimited just to let potential customers know.

That's also correct - €12.99 paid for the one-time activation fee and the other €12.99 paid for your first membership plan. This doesn't appear as cash credit on your account thereafter - that's not how 48 works.

Data is unlimited on the €12.99 plan.

It's not umlimited as i have told you my green circle for data usage was almost full. Also I don't know why you're editing my post and putting a title I didn't put on it for? I'd you're not an employee. Plus like I stated they took 26 euro off me for one month and I didn't retain any credit and its .ot umlimited data like they claim. That stands.
