Cancel new SIM order?

Hi my name is Sharanjeet Kaur. I just ordered new sim but i dont want new sim. Please cancel this order. actually i have irish sim and i am a piostgraduate student in the University of Limerick, want to move my Eir number to 48.

If you ordered a SIM and don't need it then you don't need to cancel the order - just don't use the SIM when it arrives.

If you really want to cancel the order (which I doubt is possible) then you'll have to contact 48 support for assistance.

I don't really understand why you ordered a SIM, now don't want it, but still want to move from Eir to 48 and port your number over?

How are you going to do that without a 48 SIM!?
