Moving to 48 issues, access denied.

Hi,

I have a new 48 SIM.

I have created an account in 48 (obvious).

The SIM has been registered.

All emails confimed, multiple times as stated you do not have access to this account.

The steps to keep old number would not allow access to pages or information.

I am logged in but denies access to the pages to move to 48.

Question: Can I recover this situation as the SIM was received about 3 weeks ago?

Do I need to get a new SIM?

I want to keep my existing number.
