Charged €25.98 for 1st plan then another €12.99 for 2nd plan

I activated my sim on 1st of September 2024. On that day itself deducted €25.98 from my Revolute account. After that day before yesterday ( 1st of October deducted €12.99. The problem is where the my previous €12.99 ?

What do you mean by "my previous €12.99"?

Do you mean the second €12.99 charged when you bought your first €12.99 plan?

When you buy your first membership plan for €12.99 an additional one-time activation fee of €12.99 is also charged.

This €12.99 Plan is only available to new 48 customers who order their 48 SIM and purchase a €12.99 Plan from the 5th April 2022. A one-time activation fee of €12.99 applies with the first plan purchase.

When the first monthly plan has run its course and expires then you need to buy a new €12.99 plan.

The one-time activation fee doesn't pay for any plan.

Occassionally and for a time limited period 48 were giving new users the second monthly plan free which effectively cancelled out the one-time activation fee but that offer is no longer running right now.
