U can't move my number and say error of some sort, how do I call for help,can't see nothing,no message button

My number won't port comes up with error, can't find chat icon ever

Did you follow the porting instructions?

I have not seen the Chat option work for a long time now and even when it did work it was very hit and miss in my experience.
