    <description>Yes I followed all of that.&lt;BR /&gt;I got the code, inputted it and got confirmation it would take 2-4 hours. That was at 10:30am yesterday.&lt;BR /&gt;I’ll reach out to the help desk and find out what’s going on.</description>

      <title>No SIM cutover</title>

      <description>Good day,&lt;BR /&gt;&lt;BR /&gt;I activated my 48 SIM yesterday and initiated the process to cut my Vodafone number over.&lt;BR /&gt;It has been 24 hours now with no indication it has been done.&lt;BR /&gt;Is there any way I can reach out to 48 via email? Their chat function keeps on stating it’s offline with no Internet connection, but I’m posting this using the same Internet connection.&lt;BR /&gt;&lt;BR /&gt;Thanks!</description>
