You can also get a SIM from a FunTech store:

48 SIMs are free but you do pay a once-off activation fee of €12.99 when you buy the first €12.99 membership plan.

But then the second month's membership plan is free so it cancels out.

All SIMs come with a new 089 number.

If your are already a 48 user yourself then you'll need a separate email address/login/account for your daughter.

48 don't support "family" or "group" accounts for managing more than one SIM/account using a single login.
