She stayed on the phone with me for almost an hour, even when I had to restart my phone to get it working to ensure that my issue was solved.<BR /><BR />She was the best customer care agent who has ever helped me. I am 17 and have just switched to 48 and she was an incredible help to me. I really hope that you value her as an employee as she is really amazing and she went above and beyond to solve my problem.
