      <title>Bad Request Error when entering porting security code</title>

      <description>&lt;P&gt;Hi all,&lt;/P&gt;
&lt;P&gt;New here and having some issues. I have a couple of numbers to move over to 48. However, when I try to enter the validation code sent to my phone, I receive a &lt;EM&gt;bad request &lt;/EM&gt;error.&lt;/P&gt;
&lt;P&gt;I have tried it about a dozen times and it just isn't working.&lt;/P&gt;
&lt;P&gt;Worryingly though, I have not been able to find out how to access the customer care team. It states there is a &lt;EM&gt;message &lt;/EM&gt;button on the help me page but I see that nowhere.&lt;/P&gt;
&lt;P&gt;I would be very grateful for some direction.&lt;/P&gt;
