Apologies for the garbled message. My phone is failing to access a tel no on the 48network eventhough that person is able to access mine. Other nos are accessible. Any suggestion, please?

For some reason, from time to time, some users have problems calling some numbers. Doesn't make any sense to me but the only way to get it sorted is to contact 48 support. See the link in my signature below.
