Can't make calls, can receive. Just ported

I've ported my mother in laws phone to 48 from vodafone. I've received a text to advise it's complete, and can call my ported number.

When I call my landline, I get "Outgoing calls do not work. the number you hace dialled cannot accept this call. ". Calling my landline from another mobile works fine.

When I call a mobile from 48, i get a message stating "your monthly membership has run out, time to buy a new one"

My membership should be valid.

I've also tried on another unlocked handset, same issue.

You'll have to contact 48 support about this so.

Nobody here on the community forum is going to be able to sort it out for you unfortunately.
