topic Phone calls in Joining 48?

Hi, I have just recently moved to 48 and have only realised that I'm not receiving any phone calls, they are going straight to my voicemail. I can however make calls, so how do I rectify the issue to receive calls please & thank you.

Check here in case voicemail is set up to do this although if you didn't configure it yourself then I would be surprised if it was preconfigured to do this.

If that's not the issue then you'll have to contact 48 support.

Thank you. I did check out the voicemail set up & it wasn't set up, however when I contacted 48 support they suggested that I set up the voicemail and that should help me receive calls! however I have tried this and no calls coming through so I have diabled the voicemail again. I'm stumped with what to do, so any further help would be appreciated, thanks
