IPhone imessage and Facetime not Activating don't move to 48

If You own an iPhone don't move to 48 and expected it to work for iMessage and FaceTime its not supported by 48

Spent hours talking to AppleCare and waiting 24 hours for activation but nothing.

48 care given me links to do this and do that I've spent hours and hours resetting phone, loosing Paswords etc only to find out that 48 is the problem not AppleCare tried the sim in different iPhones that I own same problem no activation for iMessage and FaceTime.

Don't move to 48 if you have an iPhone

i'll be moving back to where I came from very bad service. Just giving people the runaround and 48 knows what the problem is all along.

For what it's worth others have got this working so it's not quite accurate to say that this does not work on 48 at all...
