      <description>&lt;P&gt;What exactly is the prompt?&lt;/P&gt;
&lt;P&gt;I never heard of that before.&lt;/P&gt;
&lt;P&gt;When you get a new SIM it's PIN locked by default.&lt;/P&gt;
&lt;P&gt;So when you boot the phone it asks for the PIN from the packaging.&lt;/P&gt;
&lt;P&gt;If you enter that wrong several (3?) times it asks for the PUK from your My48 online account.&lt;/P&gt;
&lt;P&gt;I never heard of a phone asking for an "operator's code"!&lt;/P&gt;
