APN (Access Point Name) settings enable your device to connect to your network’s internet.

For android devices, you can update your APN settings using the 50048 service. Please see the guide HERE to update the settings for iOS devices.

Android users can send an SMS “APN” to 50048 and follow the below steps to update the APN settings:

1. Go to the notification panel in your phone and look out for the Configuration Message - click on it.

2. You will see two configuration messages - one for Internet/Browser and one for MMS. Select one of them and follow the steps below. Repeat the same process with the other configuration message.

3. Once you click into the configuration message, select Install in the bottom right corner.

4. If requested, insert the PIN 1234 and click OK.

5. Repeat the same process with the second configuration message.

6. Once installation is complete, your device will have the correct APN settings and you will remain connected to data.
