Hi there I'm in italy just looking for help to connect my phone to an Italian operator. I would appreciate it if you could send me instructions.

Most likely the usual iPhone roaming problem due to the stupid way that Apple do things.

You may need to be persistent and try that many times before it works.

Toggling airplane mode on and then off and then trying that tip quickly in order to catch the local network may help.

Thanks very much I persisted and it finally help. I actually reset the iPhone and then after 2 attempts it worked.
