If it's an iPhone and you may have been roaming recently (even inadvertently near the NI border) maybe you need to do this?

http://community.48months.ie/t5/Most-Popular-Questions/iPhone-abroad-issue/td-p/36862/jump-to/first-unread-message

If not then you'll probably need to contact 48 support for advice:

http://www.48months.ie/help/ask-agent

Hope this helps.

Sorry I never thought of suggesting that.

But glad you got it sorted.

Did support tell you to do that or did you figure it out yourself?
