If you have an issue or question that you want assistance with from the Community Forum then you need to explain it clearly and in detail.

It's also not a good idea to post personal details such as your phone number and email address in a public forum like this where anybody can see and use it.

You might want to edit your post to remove it.

What does your Transactions page say about your recent payments?

Several banks such as Revolut were impacted by the Google Cloud outage in recent days so maybe that's a factor here and you might need to contact you bank account and incorrect payments/charges?

What does the thread title "Request letters" mean?

What does your Transactions page say about your recent payments?

Does your My48 account dashboard list an active membership plan?

https://48.ie/my48

Does your Buy Plan page list any stacked upcoming membership plans?

https://48.ie/my48/memberships

Maybe you accidently bought two plans and one is active and the other is stacked to kick in when your current one expires?

Otherwise you'll need to contact 48 support because nobody here on the Community Forum can do anything about possible payment issues.
