topic Request to Restore My Original €9.99 Plan in Phones

Dear 48 Customer Support Team,

I am writing regarding my monthly Unlimited Data plan.

When I purchased my SIM, I received the Unlimited Data plan for €9.99 per month, including 5G data and 20GB EU/UK roaming. My plan was activated with auto-renewal enabled, and the app showed my next renewal date as 10 October 2026.

Today, my renewal payment failed, even though I had sufficient funds in my bank account. After the failed payment, I noticed that the app was showing €12.99 instead of my original €9.99 plan.

I would like to continue using my original plan at €9.99 per month. Could you please check my account, explain why the renewal payment failed, and help me renew my plan at the original price?

I would appreciate your assistance in restoring my original offer, as I did not intend to change my plan.

Thank you for your time and support. I look forward to your response.

Kind regards,
Pratham Patil

As far as I know you need membership plan auto-renewal enabled in order to qualify for the €3 discount on the €12.99 plan for 6 months.

I think that if auto-renewal ever fails then you lose that offer and revert to the full price of €12.99, but the terms and conditions aren't quite clear on this point:

https://48-months-cdn.s3.eu-west-1.amazonaws.com/promotions/%E2%82%AC9.99OfferT%26CsOctNovt261.pdf

You'll need to contact 48 support to check this with them and see if they can help you at all.

See the links in my signature below.
