What exactly do you mean by "band account"?

What sort of double payment?

For how much?

What does your My48 account Transactions page say about recent payments?

Was this your first monthly membership plan purchase?

For over 6 months €12.99 is being paid twice from my bank account on 2 separate dates in the month hence I am paying double. You need to see a history of payments so I can be refunded.

Are you sure that you don't have two separate 48 SIMs/accounts being paid for from your account?

You'll probably need to contact 48 support about this.

They don't generally monitor or respond to posts here on the Community Forum.

And nobody here on the Community Forum has visibility of your account(s?) to know what's going on.
