Not receiving calls!

Hi all,
My phone is not receiving calls at times. Have changed sim. Contacted 48 and they advised selecting LTE/4G as 5G not available in our area. Still hasnt solved it. Missing calls from kids school and hospital appts and its becoming extremely frustrating. It doesn't ring, no missed call and caller gets a message that I csnt be reached. 2 bars of reception. Chat facility not available today. Any suggestions, please??

Do you receive any calls?

Can you make calls, send/receive texts, use mobile data?

What do you mean by "Have changed SIM"?

Do you mean that you tried a replacement SIM?

Can you try your SIM in another unlocked phone to see if it works there?

Where are you located?

Do you know anyone else locally on 48 to check with them what their experience is?

Thanks so much for your reply.
This is happening randomly. I can make calls, receive texts and use the internet no issue at all. It is at random times with different numbers could be a landline or a mobile. I could be sitting in the exact same spot and sometimes the call will come through sometimes it won't.

I requested a replacement sim from 48 to see was that the issue. But it has persisted. 3 other 48 users in the house no one else having an issue. Phone is relatively new Samsung S24Fe.

If others on 48 aren't having the issue but you are even with a replacement SIM then it may point to an issue with the phone.

Other people seem to have similar issues with that phone make/model, e.g.:

Have you used this phone before on other networks ok?

Maybe try one of the other people's SIMs in your phone and see if the issue persists?

Thanks again for your reply. That thread refers to calls not being audible. My calls are simply not getting through to me at all.

Will contact 48 customer care and see if they can resolve.
