What exactly is/isn't working?

Connection to the 48 network - i.e. signal bars?

Incoming/outgoing calls?

Incoming/outgoing texts?

Mobile data.

Did you activate your SIM successfully?

Did you buy a monthly membership plan in order to be able to use outgoing services?

What happens when you try to use outgoing services?

Any error messages?
