Hello. Why was the automatic debit made on August 10, 2026, but the tariff plan was not credited? It was impossible to make calls to and from me. I had to top up my account again on August 15, 2026. My nomber 353892313015

What exactly do you mean by "tariff/tariff plan"?

Do you mean monthly membership plan?

What does your Transactions page say about your recent payments?

Does your My48 account dashboard list an active membership plan?

What exactly do you mean by "I had to top up my account again"?

You mean that you had to buy another membership plan?

Are you sure that your auto-renewal didn't fail for some reason?

If it did then you would be left with no active membership plan, auto-renewal wouldn't retry, and you would have to buy your next plan manually before auto-renewal took over again from the following month (subject to the card still being valid, there being sufficient funds in the account if it's a debit card, etc.).

Are there any stacked upcoming plans listed on your Buy Plan page?
